Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders via Australia Post, using their Standard or Express parcel services. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
- Standard Shipping - Order value up to $100.00 | Shipping Cost $11.00
- FREE Standard Shipping - Orders over $100
- Express Shipping - Shipping Cost $16.00
All parcels are tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
⏱️ Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen method:
- Standard Post: 3–8 business days (est.)
- Express Post: 1–4 business days (est.)
📦 Packaging & Protection
We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on your order, we use:
- Heavy-duty cardboard tubes for larger orders
- Sturdy flat mailers for smaller designs
All packaging is selected to protect your decals from creasing, bending, or moisture damage during transit.
✅ Insurance & Tracking
Every order comes with tracking included through Australia Post.
You'll be emailed a tracking link once your order is shipped so you can follow it all the way to your door.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch—we’ll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue quickly.
